FIND THE MAGIC INSIDE

In Orlando, small chips make a huge difference. See how below.

WHY GREATER ORLANDO?

They say Orlando is where dreams are made.

Here, you can also build the hardware they run on.

The Orlando Region has emerged as a U.S. semiconductor destination, specializing in advanced packaging, high-mix systems, and precision technologies that move chips from research into real-world deployment. Anchored by an integrated innovation ecosystem and development-ready infrastructure at NeoCity, the region enables specialized semiconductor production across commercial and government-aligned applications.

WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENS: CENTRAL FLORIDA

HOME TO THE NSF FLORIDA SEMICONDUCTOR ENGINE

Launched in 2024, the Florida Semiconductor Engine is a collaborative innovation platform designed to advance specialty and advanced semiconductor packaging through shared research, applied engineering, and translation-focused development. Backed by the National Science Foundation, the Engine connects industry, academia, and government partners to shorten the path from concept to deployment while strengthening domestic capability and workforce readiness.

BUILT TO BRING CHIPS TO LIFE

The Orlando region is built to take semiconductor innovation out of the lab and into operational systems, with deep ecosystem partnerships and proximity to defense, aerospace, medical, and dual-use markets.
